Charleston White is currently being held at Lon Evans Correctional Center. According to Sportskeeda, authorities have charged the businessman with animal cruelty and aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.

News of White’s arrest appeared on X (formerly Twitter) after a user named @FearedBuck posted his mugshot. The post garnered more than 500,000 views and sparked conversation about his previous arrests on similar charges.

In December 2023, the Fort Worth Star-Telegram revealed that Charleston White faced an arrest related to animal cruelty charges from December 2022 and an assault from November 2023.

The newspaper shares that the Tarrant County Criminal District Attorney’s Office filed a report claiming White tortured a cat by pepper spraying it. This resulted in two counts of aggravated assault in November 2023 after someone called about the incident. However, according to the police report, White claimed he was the victim in this situation.
