Dead Rising Deluxe Remaster brings back Frank West
Capcom announced it will bring it back Death rises again, this time with the return of Frank West Dead Rising Deluxe Remaster. Release is expected in 2024, although the platform is yet to be confirmed.
For those who are new to beat’em up games, Death rises involves journalist Frank West going to a Colorado shopping mall to find out why the military locked everything up. He quickly discovers it is due to a zombie outbreak. He needs to survive while finding out what’s going on and potentially save the survivors. Depending on your actions, there are multiple endings to earn.
This is the first one Introductory video Capcom shared. It opens with Frank in a helicopter approaching the shopping mall, then being dropped off to carry out an investigation over the course of three days.
Original Death rises appeared several times after its August 2006 launch on Xbox 360. The Wii version appeared three years later. Then in 2016, remaster is here again for PS4, Xbox One and PC.
Dead Rising Deluxe Remaster is in development and will launch in 2024. There is currently no product page or active website for it, however the official social network accounts for the currently active and reopened thread.
