Demon Slayer’s Mario party-style game gets a free update that includes new boards and mini-games
Sega has released a new “free update” for Demon Slayer -Kimetsu no Yaiba- Scan the board! on Nintendo Switch.
Players will now be able to experience a completely new board, several new mini-games “and more”. This content is included in the Version 1.20 update – adding “Board Six” (themed around the Hashira Training Arc in the series).
“As players move around the spaces, they will encounter various characters, including Hinatsuru, Makio and Suma of Tengen Uzui, along with the high-ranking Demon Slayer swordsman Murata, all of whom will be there to assist you during the journey. On certain squares, Hashira may even join to train you!
“As day turns to night on Board Six, the Mist Hashira, the Snake Hashira and the Wind Hashira will appear and test everyone’s skills! All four players will need to work together to overcome challenges and win. win.”
New minigames in this update include:
- Cold Soba Noodles Fast Eating Contest! – Eat cold soba noodles faster than Water Hashira by quickly pressing the buttons in the correct order.
- Fly the distance! – Fly the paper airplane by stopping the meter at the right time. Flying into the wind will slow you down.
