After a highly anticipated and tense race, Donald Trump has secured the title of 47th President of the United States, according to reports from CNN. He was narrowly defeated Kamala Harris in a tight race. This victory returns him to office after his first 45th presidential term from 2017 to 2021. Ultimately, either candidate needs to secure 270 votes to win. The final results showed Trump holding 276 electoral votes, while Harris received 223.

Donald Trump spoke as the voting was about to end
The 2024 presidential election ended early on Wednesday, November 6, as Donald Trump won the presidency following victories in key battleground states like Wisconsin and Pennsylvania, each Fox News. After speculation that vote counting could be lengthy, many networks called the race for Trump. In his victory speech in Florida, Trump pledged to usher in what he called “America’s golden age.”
