Eevee was named the cutest Pokemon in the Minna no
ONE unofficial poll held in Japan to determine the cutest Pokemon, with Eevee shining in first place. More than 19,000 people participated in this poll. [Thanks, PR Times!]

Each Pokemon includes several comments from people who voted for them, explaining why they like them. Some, such as Emolga and Cinccino, have included the moves they give their Pokemon into the game. One for Emolga even includes the items and personality their Emolga has. However, the majority of comments focus on images of Pokemon, as well as their memories of them in the game or show.
The official ranking website provides information on their development, variety, voice actors (in anime), and their debut generation. You can also filter the rankings to see which demographic voted for which Pokemon. For example, boys under 10 years old love Sylveon. Women in their thirties prefer Mew. You can also filter by blood type, possibly due to the popular blood type personality theory in Japan.
