Eiyuden Chronicle: Hundred Heroes’ First Story Expansion Delayed
If you’re wondering what the first story expansion DLC is for Eiyuden Chronicles: Hundred Heroes Well, you might want to read on…
In a new Kickstarter update on the last day of the month, developer Rabbit & Bear Studios announced that the Marisa DLC would be “delayed until after August” and that a new release date would be shared “soon.”
This delay is apparently related to the “time it takes to issue free codes” to backers:
“Due to the time it takes to release digital codes and send them out for free to backers, the Marisa DLC will be delayed until after August. We appreciate your patience and will announce a new release date soon… We ask for everyone’s patience while we arrange for backers to receive their free codes before the general DLC release.”
This update also mentions that the three DLC scenarios “Marisa”, “Seign”, and “Markus” will be “final scenarios” written by Yoshitaka Murayama.
The “chapter of Seign” and “Markus” story expansions were originally scheduled to launch in September 2024 and October 2024, and the development team hopes people will be able to “play these scenarios as soon as possible.” When the Marisa story launches, here’s what you can expect:
“Adventure awaits you in the Marisa Story Expansion DLC, launching in August! Experience the story behind Marisa as a Guardian while exploring with an enchanting companion girl. Uncover the secrets of the Child of the Rune.”
