FFXVI director Hiroshi Takai teases Clive is heading to another world
As part of a year-end interview with Famitsu’s game developer, FFXVI Director Hiroshi Takai revealed the appearance of main character Clive Rosfield in “another world”. Takai did not provide any details about the worlds Clive may visit in the future. [Thanks, Famitsu!]
When Takai was asked for an update on current activities, the director said that he couldn’t officially say anything about what he was doing and that he thought his next work might announced shortly. Takai then said FFXVI Main character Clive may go to “another world”.
Takai said that Clive can appear in another world alluding to his appearance as Latest DLC character for Tekken 8. Announcement of Clive as the next warrior in the latest version Tekken The entry appeared on December 12, 2024 as part of The Game Awards 2024 and was released later on December 20.
In the same interview, Takai was asked about his plans and hopes for 2025. He said that it is difficult to predict what will happen in the new year, but he feels both looking forward and excited.
