If there is one word to describe Harris’s 2024 presidential campaign So far, it’s been “flexible.” Her journey to the Democratic nomination has been unprecedented, jumping from the vice-presidential frying pan into the candidate fire just months before the general election. But beyond just a quick update of logos and web domains, Harris’s campaign has shown its ability to quickly seize cultural moments and connect with the interests of coveted constituencies. Roan herself has been a breakout figure this year, making a name for herself as “your favorite artist’s favorite artist.” For Harris’ campaign to use a song, as described by Roanis “about how sleeping with men is better than sleeping with girls is a phenomenon. In my opinion, at least,” is a bold move, especially when compared to previous campaigns that focused on things like Bruce Springsteen“Born in the USA” and similar power-pop songs.

Harris HQ’s remix continues to grow, with sources reporting that the campaign take Beyoncé‘s personal blessing to use “Freedom” as the vice president’s and British pop star’s theme song Charli XCX supporting Harris is “the kid” a brand that the campaign readily embraces, slimy green aesthetic and all. Is Harris really the kind of girl who wears “a pack of cigarettes, a Bic lighter, and a white string top with no bra” as Charli describes her core boyish attitude? It’s unclear, but her campaign is pointing in that direction.

Who will be next to provide the soundtrack to Harris’ remarkably diverse, all-female entertainment lineup? make it hot like Papa John and make a bitch keep going? Trump could be the enemy Taylor Swift Click here for more guidelines about this? Only time will tell who is next on the playlist.
