Free Howling Waves Astrites is coming in version 2.0
Kuro Games has listed events, such as free Astrites giveaways that we can expect to see in Howling Wind and Waves for the second half of Version 2.0. These include login events, the aforementioned currency giveaway, and a new companion quest.
You can read the 2.0 update details via the official page Howling Wind and Waves website. To start, Roccia and Jinhsi will appear in the gacha for a limited time. The 4 higher rated stars for their banner would be Danjin, Youhu and Yuanwu. Roccia is a new 5-star Havoc Gauntlets character and a character from the new region Rinascita. Meanwhile, Jinhsi is re-commissioned and she is a 5-star Spectro Broadblade unit. Their signature weapons—Tragedy and Harvest Age—will also appear in the gacha for a limited time.
As for the new events, Roccia’s character quest will become a permanent feature in the game once the new patch goes live. To play it, you first need to reach Alliance level 20 and complete the Chapter II Act III Main Quest. Until Version 2.0 ends on February 13, 2025, you can also log in every day to receive rewards. Completing the Dances For Spring’s Return login event will give you prizes such as Crystal Solvents, Premium Tuners, and the Exorcistic Adjuration outfit for Sanhua.
Meanwhile, the Celebration Aftertunes event will give you a total of 1,600 free Astrites over the course of three days in Howling Wind and Waves. You will need to request these from your in-game mail.
Howling Wind and Waves To be available on PS5, Windows PC and mobile devices. The second half of Version 2.0 will launch on Howling Wind and Waves from January 23, 2025.
