Google should be prosecuted for search results

Donald Trump on Friday called Google criminally prosecuted for what the Republican Party presidential candidate called the company’s favoritism towards him election Vice President’s opponent Kamala Harris online search results.
Trump in a social media post wrote that if Department of Justice not prosecute Google “for its blatant interference in the election” but he will demand that Google be prosecuted “when I win the election and become President of the United States!”
He appeared to be reacting to a new right-wing study Media Research Centerreportedly discovered that Google search engine results tended to show articles deemed positive about Democrat Harris before Trump’s own campaign website when users searched ” Donald Trump Presidential Race 2024.”
In his post on Truth Social, Trump wrote: “It has been determined that Google illegally used a system to only reveal and display unflattering stories about Donald J. Trump, some of which were fabricated for the purpose of This goal, at the same time, only reveals good stories about comrade Kamala Harris.”

MRC founder Brent Bozell said Fox News digital earlier this week that “Google is trying to stack the deck for Kamala Harris.”
CNBC asked Google’s parent company Alphabet as well as the Trump and Harris campaigns for comment.
