‘Gothic 3 Classic’ Switch Rating Appears on ESRB

After release Classical Gothic And Gothic II Classic On Nintendo Switch, it looks like the third installment in this fantasy-themed open-world RPG series will also be coming to Nintendo Switch in the future.

A new (and now removed) rating was discovered on the ESRB. Here’s a look, courtesy of GematsuThe film is rated ‘T’ for teens and contains “blood, language, mild suggestive themes, drug use and violence”.

This fantasy role-playing game originally launched on PC in 2006and sees the player take on the role of an unnamed hero. Here’s a brief summary via Steam:

“Myrtana, a world in turmoil: overrun by Orcs from the dark lands to the north, King Rhobar defends Vengard, the old human stronghold, with his last army. Chaos reigns outside: rebels are resisting, and the Hashishin to the south are openly cooperating with the Orcs.

“Rumors that the unknown hero of Khorinis was on his way to the mainland sowed both hope and anxiety. Whose side would he take? Who would feel his wrath, who would gain his favor? Only one thing was certain: his actions would change Myrtana forever…”
