Graphic Hack ‘N’ Slash ‘Tails Of Iron 2’ now launches earlier than expected on Switch


While we’re used to delays around this time of year, games don’t always get pushed forward, and that’s exactly what’s happening with the sequel’s graphical hacks. n’ Slash. Tails of Iron 2: Winter’s Beard.

While it was previously announced for a February 2025 launch, it has now officially been moved to the first month of the year and is scheduled to launch on September 1. January 28, 2025. Digital pre-orders are also available for $24.99, with the Deluxe Edition including the base game and two DLCs (Augur of the Draugr Pack and Hair to the Throne Pack) priced at $29.99. 99 USD.

For fans of The Witcher, one of the biggest draws of the original game is the narration by Geralt’s voice actor, Doug Cockle. The sequel has even been described as “half Witcher, half Game of Thrones”. Here’s a little more information on what to expect from this one when it arrives on Switch:

– An expanding campaign of violence and revenge – Winter’s beard Arlo’s ‘tail’ of war against the ferocious Dark-Winged Bat is an intense experience, featuring a semi-open RPG world set in six different biomes to explore and new animal factions to explore.
– Challenging battles – Based on the intense combat characteristic of the series, Iron tail 2 features enhanced weapon gameplay, including four elemental effects (fire, ice, electricity, and poison) to equip Arlo’s arsenal with unique abilities to use against enemies.
– NEW monster hunting gameplay – To balance out the new fanged army of the Black-Winged Bat, Arlo can track down and defeat 15 massive and challenging beasts to harvest their carcasses for rare upgrade materials.
– Improved base construction – Build and upgrade the devastated settlement in Winter’s Edge to gain access to stronger items from the forge, better meals in the kitchen, more powerful traps from the shop, and more again!
– NEW day and night system – Arlo will face different enemies depending on the time of day, with more enemy types added as more monsters are hunted and slain.
