A representative for Irv Gotti has confirmed that the 54-year-old music producer has suffered a stroke.

According to TMZMusic manager Wack 100 initially revealed Gotti’s recent medical emergency during his appearance on a newly released podcast. Furthermore, Wack accused everyone of keeping Gotti’s condition a secret.
“Oh, I probably just said some stupid stuff that no one knew about,” Wack explained, hearing him clearly. “…Oh, I was done talking… Irv Gotti had a stroke… I was [a picture] of the guy in the stroke rehab center… Irv Gotti had a stroke, you see the walker and everything…”
As he spoke, Wack explained that the photo he had of Gotti was allegedly taken by an employee at the center. The manager ended his thoughts by asking the public to pray for the producer.
On Wednesday, August 28, TMZ Wack’s recent comments were published along with a statement from Gotti’s representative.
“Irv had struggled with diabetes for many years, which led to him suffering a minor stroke just over six months ago,” they said.
Furthermore, the representative explained that Gotti has “changed his diet to a healthier one.”
“He has made a successful full recovery. Irv is not in a rehabilitation facility,” they added. “He is at home with his family, enjoying life.”

Irv Gotti recently spoke about his battle with diabetes.
According to TMZGotti has previously spoken about his battle with diabetes while appeared on the podcast ‘Drink Champs’ in August 2023.
The source noted that Gotti explained that he had not been consistent with his insulin use. Additionally, the music producer noted that his doctors had warned him to make positive changes to his diet.
Most recently, Gotti took to Instagram in April to share a glimpse of his “light lunch” with his followers. The 54-year-old appears to have remained inactive on the platform since then.
