Hololive Vtubers with hay fever join allergy campaign
Alesion is partnering with hololive in a allergy campaign focuses on hay fever. The film will star Usada Pekora, Yukihana Lamy, and La+ Darkness.
The collaboration will start on September 20, 2024 with an ad. The ad will feature three hololive VTubers sneezing, and you’ll have to guess which sneeze is from a cold and which is from allergies. Standees of the talents will also appear at select pharmacies across Japan. Finally, the three talents will hold a livestream on October 10, 2024, and there will be a lot of fun. Note that the reason Alesion is collaborating with these three in particular is because they suffer from very severe allergies.
Of course, you can also buy merchandise from the three. The Alesion collaboration features them in white outfits with their signature colors as accents. The outfits look like spring dresses, which could be a reference to the time when most people actually start to get hay fever.
Pekora United States, Yukihana LamyAnd La+ Darkness are all famous VTubers from hoolive, albeit from different generations. Pekora debuted in 2019, Lamy in 2020, and La+ in 2021. Although not due to hay fever, both La+ And Lamy had been on leave due to poor health.
The partnership between Alesion and hololive will start on September 20, 2024.
