Honkai: Star Rail Sunday’s materials and moves are shared

Next week is July 2 Honkai: Star Railway The update came out and made Sunday a playable character, but before that we knew what moves he would use and what ingredients he would need. HoYoVerse has shared a trailer and details about the new unit, so we know what to expect.

For starters, Sunday uses a mix of old character material in Honkai: Star Railway. He needs Tatters of Thought for both his Ascension and Traces, and it’s already in the game. You can get it from Exercises and some Meme enemies in the Memory Zone. He also needs Chordal Mirages for his ascensions, just like Rappa, and you get that from Stagnant Shadow: Shape of Timbre in Penacony. He also needs the Lost Echo of the Shared Wish Trace material, which you get when you defeat the boss Harmonious Choir: The Great Septimus in Echo of War: Salutations of Ashen Dreams. Finally, you will need to resolve Penacony Dreamscape Calyx (Crimson): Bud of Harmony to receive the Firmament Notes and its upgraded versions.

As for the moves that Sunday will use, they all involve increasing the strength and speed of action of his allies. His basic attack deals damage to enemies. His Benison of Paper and Rites skill creates an ally and if they have a summoned ally like Topaz with Numby or Jingyuan with Lightning Lord, attack immediately and deal more damage when they do So. His ultimate is Ode to Caress and Cicatrix, and that restores Energy to allies, increasing their critical damage and turning them into The Beatified. If he uses his Skill on the Blessed, the team recovers Skill Points after spending Skill Points to perform it.
