iOS 18.4 is expected to launch in April with upgrades of Siri, new language and more

This update is expected to bring remarkable improvements, including three upgrades of Siri, supporting Apple smart language and a new emotional icon. This is what we know so far.
IOS 18.4 release time
According to Bloomberg’s Mark Gurman, Apple plans to release iOS 18.4 in April. Although the beta test for this version has not started, some features are expected to be based on previous notifications and trends.
Users have devices compatible with Apple Intelligence, including iPhone 15 Pro and upcoming models iPhone 16 Sê -ri, may see significant improvements when the update is available.

Siri upgraded in iOS 18.4
The update will introduce the three main improvements of Siri to be designed to integrate the features of Apple Intelligence more effectively:
- Personal context: Siri will use personal data stored on the device to support tasks such as locating shared files or retrieving important information, such as passports. This feature emphasizes Apple’s focus on maintaining privacy while improving function.
- Awareness on the screen: Siri will be able to take actions based on what is displayed on the screen. For example, if a friend sends the address via text, users can ask Siri to save directly to the communication card.
- Integrated application: Siri will activate seamless actions on applications. Users can send drafts, photo editing or saving content to specific applications with simple voice commands, eliminating manual interaction needs.

These upgrades are aimed at making Siri more intuitive and cognitive in context, improving the ability to support daily tasks.
Expanding Apple’s smart language support
Apple previously announced the expansion plan to support Apple intelligence language starting from 2025. The iOS 18.4 update will start this deployment, introducing support for languages like Chinese and English (English ( India), French, German, Japanese, Korean, Portuguese, Spanish, Vietnamese, Vietnamese, and others. This development will expand the accessibility of Apple Intelligence features around the globe.

New emotional icon in iOS 18.4
