Joe Biden’s Debate Performance Was Objectively Bad — and Trump Is Still Trump

As most people with eyes and ears would agree, Joe Biden‘S efficiency In debate Last night was a disaster of epic proportions. The president, who critics have spent years saying is too old for the job, looks, sounds and acts old. His voice hoarseHis face looked like frozen at many points. The most painful thing is that he seems lost my train of thought on a few occasions. When he had the chance to nail Donald Trump—such as about abortion—he didn’t. Did he have some good moments? But: Donald Trump is still Donald Trump. While Biden was struggling, Trump spent the night spewing his usual barrage of crazy, baseless lies, including but not limited to:

• Claims the Democratic Party supports abortion “after birth(actually this is called murder and no one supports it)
• Request “everybody” want Roe v. Wade overturned (majority of Americans did not want Fish eggs overthrow)
• Claiming he had us “get out of that COVID mess” (hundreds of thousands of Americans die when he was president, and COVID was still a big deal)
• Affirming that Biden will four times people’s taxes (completely incorrect)
• Claims Biden “made up” the story about him calling dead soldiers “idiots” and “losers” (this reported via Atlantic, and Trump’s former chief of staff John Kelly confirm your comment)
• Ask Biden call Blacks Were “Super Predators” During the 1990s (He Wasn’t)
• Claims Biden tried to move Ukraine’s top prosecutor in 2016 in an effort to help his son (this claim has been false since Trump and his allies began pushing it back in 2019)
• Claims that there is There were no terrorist attacks during his presidency (incorrect)
• The January 6 statement is Nancy Pelosi‘s fault (Come on)
• Claims that there is Fraud is rampant in the 2020 election (nearly four years later, there’s really no evidence of this no matter how many times he says it)

And of course, beyond last night’s lies, the truth remains that Trump is a convicted criminal. sworeamong other things, using the government to pursue enemies, waging an extremist war against immigrants, taking no action on gun control, encouraging Russia to attack NATO allies, eliminating remove career civil servants and replace them with loyalists, pardon those convicted for January 6, pursue transgender care, let states personal pregnancy tracker to punish people who have abortions, and sponsorship strip from schools that require vaccinations. And those are just the things he’s said publicly.
