Kendrick Lamar signs deal to pay more than $40 million for LA real estate

Kendrick makes big moves
Based on Wall Street Journal, the award-winning rapper has signed an agreement to pay more than $40 million to buy a home in Brentwood, Los Angeles. If the deal is completed, it would be the highest in Los Angeles this year. The property includes eight bedrooms, a wine cellar, gym, swimming pool and guest house.
According to the source, the seller of the luxury Brentwood property is a trustee tied to Viet Dinh and his wife, Jennifer Ainsworth Dinh. Viet Dinh is the former director of policy and legal affairs at Fox Corp. According to property records, Viet Dinh and his wife initially paid $19.5 million for the Brentwood house in 2019.
Kendrick Vs. Drake Rap Battle

The argument appears to have started when Kendrick pointed a gun at Drake. Kendrick then clapped back by responding to the recordings of “Meet The Grahams” and “Not Like Us” a few hours apart. Drake appears to be ending the feud with his single, ‘Heart part 6’ a reference to Kendrick’s 2022 single, ‘The Heart Part 5.’
