Khalid opened up about his sexuality after his ex made him angry

Khalid decided to check out some social media users as he gets candid about his sexuality. On Friday, November 22, the ‘Talk’ singer jumped in X (formerly Twitter) to give fans personal updates after an ex-partner decided to take him online.

Khalid realizes the truth about his gender

Khalid put the rumors and drama to rest with a post above Xdrop the rainbow emoji with three exclamation marks and add, “Okay, let’s go. please next topic haha” The musician then followed up with another post that read: “I was out and the world kept spinning. Let’s get this straight (lmao) I’m not ashamed of my sexuality! In fact, it’s nobody’s business! But I’m fine with me love you.”

Khalid’s posts on X appear to have come about after a man named Hugo D Almonte started throwing shade at the singer on Friday night.

“I’m dating a stupid singer, he’s ugly as s*** but he tried to set me up and lied that I broke into his house because I broke up with him like why would I coming to your house and doing all that if I broke up with you so stupid**! Hugo posted above X.

Hugo then posted a selfie with Khalid, making it clear to fans and social media that Khalid is the singer he is replacing.

“B***ha** lied that I broke into his house because I didn’t want him,” he wrote alongside the photo.

Khalid reacts to his former partner’s statement

After Hugo D Almonte revealed about his past with Khalid, X users went wild, prompting the ‘Location’ musician to react. As user @Heischila wrote, “Wait, I hope Mr. Khalid isn’t GEHHH!” he replied, “I am! And that’s okay!”
