Marriott Bonvoy and United MileagePlus have a partnership called RewardsPlus. This partnership allows members of both loyalty programs to transfer rewards, sign up for complimentary elite status, and earn additional airline miles when staying at select hotels.

In this guide, we’ll discuss what you need to know about the RewardsPlus partnership to maximize your stay with Marriott Bonvoy Hotel and flights with United MileagePlus.

How United Elite Members Can Earn Marriott Status

If you keep Top Status with United Airlines At Gold level or higher, you can register here to enjoy complimentary Marriott Gold Elite membership.

The Marriott Gold Elite Card offers 25% bonus points on stays, 2pm late check-out at participating brands subject to availability, better room upgrades at participating brands subject to availability, complimentary enhanced internet access, and a welcome bonus points gift upon check-in at participating properties.

You cannot register for Marriott Bonvoy Status If you are a United Premier member who has achieved status through Airline status suitable or challenged. You also won’t be eligible if you already have a Marriott Gold Elite card or higher.

If you can’t achieve Marriott Gold Elite status through the RewardsPlus program, remember that this is also a cardholder benefit. How Marriott Elite Members Can Get United Membership

If you keep Marriott Bonvoy Titanium Elite or Elite Ambassador Statusyou can register here to get a free United Premier Silver membership.

Transfer rewards between programs

Convert Marriott points to United miles

You can convert between 3,000 and 240,000 Marriott Bonvoy points to United MileagePlus miles every day. This.
