Melania Trump may repost nude photos of herself, according to photographer
Other photos in Melania’s portfolio, such as a girl to girl theme for a 1997 French edition Maximum magazine, where she appeared topless in one photo and preparing to be spanked in another, also attracted attention during Donald Trump’s 2016 presidential campaign.
Dylan Jones, Who is the editor of the UK? GQ Magazine then and now edit London Evening Standard, wrote about the photos in the 2023 section“It sounds cheesy, but it’s actually meant to mock corporate depravity,” he said. “Of course Trump doesn’t get it; he’s just happy that his girlfriend is being photographed on his own plane in a luxury magazine.”
“He loved the photos when he finally saw them and called the office to congratulate us,” Jones continues. “It was nothing short of surreal, especially since the irony of the exercise seemed to escape him. He was charming, though, if a little demented. We even framed some of the photos and shipped them to his New York apartment. For me, the whole project was a successful joke, highlighting the ridiculous nature of celebrity culture in the 2000s.”
“Yes,” Verglas said of Donald Trump’s fondness for the photos. “I think he loved Melania very much, and I think it was reciprocated at that time,” he said. “And I think he was fascinated by her beauty, her figure, and her elegance, and he was proud of those photos. When I worked with her in Sports Illustrated Magazine, I think he was happy to see her succeed and become a famous top model at that time.”
“They were very happy,” he said. “I was very happy too.”
Verglas said he was contacted by Melania’s publisher, Skyhorse, to send photos from the UK. GQ Magazine shoot, Sports Illustrated Magazine, and others will appear in the upcoming book, but he has not seen an advance copy and does not know whether any of his photos will make it into the final cut. (Donald has admitted that he had not read his wife’s book. and don’t know what’s in it. “I don’t know, I don’t know, I’m busy,” he fumbled at a recent event, and “if she says anything bad about me, I’m going to call all of you and I’m going to say, ‘Don’t buy it. Throw it away.’”)
While Verglas declined to specify which candidate he would vote for in the 2024 election, he did praise Melania as the most fashionable first lady of all time.
“I think in terms of fashion and beauty icons, you had Jackie O, and now you have Melania,” he said. “Melania, despite what people might say, when you see her at certain events, she exudes elegance and beauty, she’s tall, and she has a great figure, and she’s always impeccably dressed for events.”
