Metal Slug meets Symphony Of The Night in ‘Guns Of Fury’, released in 2024



Developer Gelato Games has revealed Gun of Ragea 2D pixel art action game that combines the high-speed gameplay of Metal bullets with exploration elements of Metroidvanias like Castlevania: Symphony of the Night.

Coming to Switch and Steam in late 2024, this game comes from the same two-person team that released this quirky action-platformer Elf Sword back in 2020, and this time, they bring in composer Dominic Ninmark (Chrome Shine, Gravity circuit, mighty goose) to help bring the game’s soundtrack to life.

We have to say, the visuals of this game are beautiful; there is a lot of detail in the character and environment designs, and the overall aesthetic reminds us of the game being quite awesome. King of MercenariesIt itself is heavily inspired by Metal Slug.
