On Sunday, December 15, Monica shared a conveyor belt giving her more than 13 million Instagram followers a glimpse into her bath day and self-care routine. While showing viewers her shampoo of choice, the singer also shared a few selfies showing off her complexion – sans makeup.
“SELF-CARE SUNDAY ♥️…. Stop looking for happiness in others, people cannot receive what they do not give…. put your physical and mental health first….. Wash your backside and hair 😉” she wrote in the caption to her carousel.
