Monster Hunter Nergigante Figure returns
Capcom announced the re-release of the game Nergigante character from their Capcom Modeler Models series. This reissue of Nergigante is scheduled to be distributed starting January 30, 2025. The figure is priced at 22,000 yen (approximately $152 USD). It is immediately available for pre-order via Official e-Capcom store.
Nergigante, introduced in World of monster hunters, is an old dragon known for his terrifying spine-covered appearance. During Monster Hunter’s 20th anniversary showcase, Nergigante was voted out Second most common monster in the Hunter’s Choice popularity poll, behind only Zinogre. A highlight reel of Nergigante was posted to their YouTube channel, showcasing the ferocious presence of the elder dragon.

The character, sculpted by Takayuki Higashi, depicts Nergigante sitting atop a pillar in Elder’s Recess, the location where most players encounter monsters. It measures approximately 320mm (12.6 inches) high, 300mm (11.8 inches) wide and 280mm (11 inches) deep, made from PVC and ABS materials.

In addition to Nergigante, Capcom is also re-releasing figures of other famous monsters such as Rathalos and Rathian. Pre-orders for the Nergigante statue are now open on e-Capcom’s official website. Deliveries are expected to begin on January 30, 2025.
