More Fate/Grand Order teas will be released this year
Kyoto Rikyuen will free a second line of Fate/Great Order Tea Mix. This time, Merlin, Nero Claudius, and Taigong Wang will be present.
Teas will be available through Kyoto Rikyu-en website until October 20, 2024. Those who have purchased them can expect to see these teas around the end of December 2024. The timing of these teas makes them perfect for a late Christmas gift for a loved one, friend, or even yourself. When you purchase a box of teas, you will also receive an original paper bag and acrylic stand.
Each Fate/Great Order The tea box costs 7700 JPY ($53.50) and you get two blends with it. One is the basic black hojicha The other is a special blend inspired by the character in question. The name of the Merlin blend translates to “Dream of Flowers,” and it combines white sencha with the aroma of grapes and edible flowers. As for the Taigong Wang tea, it is based on the Xiantao (peach of immortality) from Chinese mythology. It is a peach-flavored pu’er tea. Finally, the Emperor of Roses tea for Nero is a Japanese black tea with the aroma of roses.
Formerly, when Kyoto Rikyu-en last time there was cooperation with Lasengle, featuring Servants Douman, Katsushika Hokusai, and Morgan. Those teas are also open for pre-order from September to October, with a release date of December. It’s likely that this will become an annual tradition with Kyoto Rikyu-en.
