New RPG from ‘Rune Factory’ Creator is Coming to Switch Next Month
Red Art Games recently announced that The Wanderings of ElrentarosNew RPG from Rune Factory creator Yoshifumi Hashimoto, is headed to Switch in digital form August 16, 2024.
Developed by Marvelous subsidiary HAKAMA, the game combines life simulation elements with action RPG gameplay, while boasting gorgeous, colorful visuals not too dissimilar to Square Enix. Brave series
There are also a couple of lovely physical versions if you don’t fancy the digital version and they’re coming out a little later this year. October 11, 2024. First, the €49.99 Deluxe Edition will include a copy of the game, an exclusive leather case, a keychain, a sticker sheet, a 30-page art book, and an acrylic stand. These products are limited to just 500 PEGI-rated units.
Meanwhile, the €69.99 Collector’s Edition comes with the game, steelbook case, pin set, double-sided poster, keyring and sticker sheet, which is a bit more generous given the 1,000 PEGI-rated units.
In addition to the Rune Factory series, Yoshifumi Hashimoto is also heavily involved in the Story of Seasons series. HAKAMA Inc. was founded in 2018 with Hashimoto leading the development process.
