How to earn Bilt points when buying a house

If you currently rent a home, apartment or condo, you can earn 250 points for each monthly rent payment made through the Bilt App at an in-network property with a non-Bilt card; so, in one year of paying rent, you’ll earn up to 3,000 Bilt points. However, if you are currently holding Mastercard® card (see exchange rates and fees), you can earn 1 point per dollar spent on your rent payments (up to 100,000 points per calendar year). Remember that with the Bilt Mastercard, you must use the card five times per statement period to earn points (see rewards and benefits).

As a new Bilt perk, if you’re looking to buy a home, you can earn points based on the home’s purchase price. When working with an eXp Realty agent, Bilt members will earn 1 point for every $2 in home purchase price. Therefore, if you buy a home priced at $450,000, you can earn 225,000 Bilt points.
