September 20, 2024 – SEGA is excited to reveal Like a Dragon: Yakuza Pirates in HawaiiA brand new action adventure game is coming to PlayStation^®5, PlayStation game console^®4 on February 28, 2025. Starting today, you can pre-order on all platforms.

Details about the game’s cast, story, and combat system were also revealed, along with a global launch trailer.

Like a Dragon: Yakuza Pirates in Hawaii location Goro Majima at the center of a story that takes place after the events of Like a Dragon: Unlimited Wealth. Located on the tropical waters and islands of Hawaii, Yakuza Pirates in Hawaii offers a variety of unpredictable thrills on the high seas. Sailing on Goromaru and enjoy fiery battles, a treasure trove of mini-games, and a colorful cast of characters played by an all-star cast!

Story

After losing his memory, Goro MajimaA legend once feared in the yakuza world, sets out in search of treasure.

Half a year after cooperating with Kiryu for a great battle in Millennium Tower, Goro Majima washed ashore with the wreck of a ship on the shore of a remote, sparsely populated island. With no memory—not even of his own name—Majima join forces with Noah, The young islanders save his life, and begin their search for clues to his forgotten past. What awaits them, however, is a powder keg of a world where scoundrels fight over a legendary treasure.
