PlatinumGames is celebrating Bayonetta’s 15th anniversary with a year-long event
PlatinumGames has announced that it is running a year-long event focused on the original game bayonet after the game just celebrated its 15th anniversary.
First released in Japan on October 29, 2009 and released worldwide in January 2010, it has spawned two main series sequels, a spin-off, and a series of spin-off material. figs, including an animated film titled Bayonetta: Bloody Fate.

However, PlatinumGames suffered a significant loss in 2023 when creator Hideki Kamiya left the company. Kamiya was the original director of Bayonetta and continued in a supervisory role for subsequent titles.
