Pokémon TCG art contest disqualified selected participants following allegations of AI-generated submissions

This has caused quite a stir in the community and now The Pokémon Company has released an official statement explaining how committed to “protecting the integrity” of this competition and that participants who violate the rules will be punished. type immediately.

Pokémon Company: We are aware that participants selected from the top 300 financial shortlists of the 2024 Pokémon TCG Illustration Contest have violated official contest rules. Therefore, participants who violate the rules will be disqualified from the competition.
