Power Rangers: Rita’s Rewind “Slightly Delayed” for Switch

It’s that time of year when we often see many delays, and with this in mind, we now have an “important update” to share about Mighty Morphin Power Rangers: Rita’s Rewind.

Due to “unforeseen” circumstances, the Nintendo Switch release has been “slightly delayed”. Instead of the original release date of December 10th alongside the PlayStation, Xbox, and Steam versions, it will now be released on December 10th. December 19, 2024 – So you have to wait another week.

Unfortunately, due to some “technical issues”, online play will also not be available for at least “a few weeks” on the Switch and Xbox platforms. However, two-player online play will be supported for PlayStation and Steam at launch. Support for additional players “for all versions” will be available “soon”. Thankfully, this won’t affect offline multiplayer.

The Digital Eclipse team also mentioned how they plan to continue “improving and enhancing the game post-launch to make it what fans and the team “want”:

“We want to blame Robo Rita for these problems, but we just need a little more time to meet everyone’s expectations, including our own. We will continue to improve improve and enhance the game after launch to meet your expectations – and we ! – want to update you as quickly as possible as the situation becomes clear was supportive and understanding.”
