Prince Katamari Damacy and his cousins head to the village’s Vanguard
Village Vanguard will be selling some exclusive items from Prince and his cousins from Katamari Damacy. This is an event to celebrate the game’s 20th anniversary. [Thanks, PR Times!]
Pre-orders will be available until January 19, 2025. After that, you can expect your order to appear in spring 2025. Please note, Village Vanguard does not offer shipping. International transfers via its website. So if you want to buy these items but you don’t live in Japan, you may need to use an authorized service.
Below are the items that are part of Katamari Damacy Village Vanguard collections, as well as their prices:
- Acrylic mascot: 1100 yen each
- Badge with scales inside: 1320 yen
- Delete card: 880 yen each
- Luxurious hanging mascot: 2200 yen each
- Sticker: 550 yen each
- Sweater: 6600 yen
- T-shirt: 3850 yen
- Storage bag: 3300 yen
You can purchase Prince merchandise, as well as his various cousins that appear in the franchise. This makes a total of 24 variations of acrylic mascots and clear cards. The Prince and King of the Universe are featured on t-shirts and flakes featuring various items and level motifs from Katamari Damacy. There’s even a giant cow for those who have fond memories of rolling the Holy Cow.
