Prince William got angry while riding his dog in a stroller
Grinning. he stopped and asked his pet companion, “Did you steal someone else’s stroller or was it your dog’s stroller?” Charlotte and George, standing nearby, laughing along with their dad, seemed to demonstrate that the concept of “dad jokes” is not limited to the United States.
When the owner confirmed that the stroller belonged to the puppy, William laughed even harder and repeated, “It’s their stroller,” in disbelief. “Have a wonderful Christmas,” he said to the woman — and presumably her dog — as he walked away with his children and toward the chapel.
Although William appeared comically confused by the moving greyhound, this was not the first time a member of the Welsh family had to face a dog on wheels. During the royal engagement in February 2023, Kate Middleton met Casper, a 10-year-old chihuahua who was also riding in a stroller. According to one video posted to TikTokMiddleton bent down to pet the puppy and said: “That’s the way to live, isn’t it? Being pushed around.”
The Welsh are famous dog lovers, caring for a cocker spaniel named Lupo until his passing in 2020. Next year, family pick up Orla, another cocker dog give them by Kate’s brother, James Middleton. While Orla is supposed to be able to get around on her own, the dog enjoys one perk: following a bystander chatted to the prince during their engagement in October, he “said his little dog sleeps in bed with them at night, with him and Kate.”
