PSA: Select Super Mario amiibo has been restocked at GameStop (USA)
Nintendo has restocked select amiibo from the Super Mario series, and they’re available now at GameStop in the US.
As highlighted by amiibo Social media warningSuper Mario fans can now get light in the dark Boo, Goomba and Koopa Troopa for $15.99 each. These special amiibo aren’t always the easiest to find, so if you want them, now’s your chance!
If we hear that this Super Mario amiibo will be made available elsewhere, we’ll be sure to let you know. Here are the official descriptions of each of these amiibo:
buzzing: These shy souls live in Mario’s world and are known to disappear or freeze when met face to face. In recent years, they seem to have overcome their fears to pursue tennis and other social activities. They often appear in groups and fly in formation. Occasionally, giant Boo appears unexpectedly! First released in 2016.
Goomba: Goombas’ grumpy little faces scare no one. In fact, if Mario™ finds himself in front of a sea of Goombas, he’ll have every right to stomp! They were once loyal to the Mushroom Kingdom but became traitors when Bowser™ invaded. One jump is usually enough to take them down. Enemies don’t get much weaker than this! First released in 2017.
Koopa Army: These bad guys are just as common as Goombas in Bowser’s army. They may look gentle but have enough courage to jump off any cliff they come across. If you jump on one, its shell is yours to kick or throw at will. Many locations in Mario games are named after these enemies, such as Koopa Beach and Koopa Park. First released in 2017.
