Random: OG Actress Rebecca Chambers Returns for Another Resident Evil Reunion

Back in 2022, we reported on a The reunion is overdue. in the world of Devil’s abode as original actors for the roles of Chris Redfield (Charles Kraslavsky), Barry Burton (Greg Smith) and Albert Wesker (Eric Pirius) all sat down to reminisce about filming their introductions. 1996 classic (or Dead silence released if you are a loyal Nintendo fan).

Now, they’re back for a chat, but this time, the original Rebecca Chambers actress joins the cast. Known only as Linda (presumably to protect her privacy), she recounts her experience in Japan and filming the introductory cutscene with Capcom, noting her surprise and delight at the robotic Dobermanns used to represent the series’ ‘zombie dog’ enemies.

Although the four didn’t spend much time together, Linda also praised the reunion, calling her fellow actors “an extended family.” She also revealed that she had never actually played the game before and didn’t really know what the job would entail or how her footage would be used. She mentioned a chance encounter about four years ago where Blog ‘Raccoon Stars’ reached out to her to confirm her involvement in the game. Even then, she was unaware of the magnitude of her contribution and only now realizes how much it means to Resident Evil fans.

It’s worth checking out the whole interview if you’re a Resident Evil fan, but be prepared to see how cool these guys look over 25 years after the first game came out – it’s insane. We just need Jill back soon.
