Reservations Now Open for Chase Lounge at US Open
If you are a Chase Cardholders When you come to the US Open in New York this year, you will have the opportunity to enjoy exciting action from the Chase Lounge and Terrace.
Here’s everything you need to know to reserve your spot.
All Chase cardholders
All Chase cardholders, regardless of card, will be able to access the Chase Lounge from August 19 through September 8 for both Fan Week and tournament action. The lounge will be closed for Session 18 and Sessions 20 through 25.
TPG will be looking at the waiting room live next week. But, even without our details, you can definitely expect free snacks and non-alcoholic drinks, a paid bar, free hats, custom embroidery, free happy hours, and live ESPN coverage—all from the comfort of air conditioning, of course.
Must book online for the tournament (which begins Aug. 26), but passholders can drop in on a first-come, first-served basis during Fan Week, which runs Aug. 19-25. The lounge will be open from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. every day of the week except Wednesday.
During the tournament, lounge reservations will be open from 10:30am to 4pm daily.
When cardholders make a reservation, they will receive an on-screen confirmation and an email with a QR code they will need to use to check in at the Chase Lounge kiosk. Note that cardholders will need to create a new account if their previous account was created before August 2023.
As of August 21, the lounge is currently on a waitlist, but you can sign up to receive email notifications of room openings.
In addition to the lounge, cardholders will again have access to the Chase Terrace this year on a first-come, first-served basis for outdoor tennis, free snacks, a cash bar and more. The terrace will be located in the grandstands and will have views of the court from 8 to 10. During Fan Week, the terrace will be open daily from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m., and during the tournament, it will be open from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m.

Additionally, there will be more than 40,000 complimentary Chase-branded mobile chargers throughout campus.
Finally, all cardholders can access booths at South Plaza to access Chase “ATMs,” which dispense co-branded gifts, portable chargers, Chase Pass information, and live photo moments.
Chase Sapphire Reserve Cardholders
Those who have Chase Sapphire Reserve® can join Sapphire Clinics with Andy Roddick on August 26 and 27 for a tennis lesson on the roof of Pier 17. Clinics can be booked via Chase Ultimate Rewards.
Reserve pass holders can also book seats to watch Roddick record a live episode of his tennis podcast “Served” on August 21. There will also be an audience Q&A with Roddick, followed by a cocktail reception.
Reserve cardholders can also book daily tennis sessions through the Ultimate Rewards portal.
Both Reserve and Chase Sapphire Preferred® Card Cardholders can visit the Seaport Sapphire Lounge for complimentary cocktails and appetizers, tennis viewing and other tennis-related attractions.
