‘RPG Maker With’ for Switch is getting PlayStation 5 cross-platform support
RPG Creator with made its debut on Switch earlier this month in the West and now in an update it’s been announced that it’s coming to PlayStation 5 and 4 in Japan on January 30, 2025.
As part of this news, development team Gotcha Gotcha Games confirmed that there will be cross-play support with the Nintendo version of the game. This will allow users on Switch and PlayStation platforms to share creations and content through “Maker Plaza”.
Gotcha Gotcha is also said to be developing a “more advanced game creation engine” called Action game makerthis will allow users to port their creations between platforms (thanks to a partnership with developer company Godot Engine) and will be released at some point in 2025 (Thank you Automaton Media).
