RPG Maker WITH Sometimes it feels like being held back
It’s hard to access one Role-playing game maker game! It seems like you can’t quite do that until you can create a few multi-hour games. Your affection (or dislike) for it only increases the more time you spend with it. Like I just know how much I love you RPG Maker FES after I was halfway there The original game resembles the Neoromance I created. So even though I spent about five hours working on a project on my Switch, I still felt like I was only scratching the surface with RPG maker WITH. However, while it seems like it could lead to some interesting creations, I also feel like it’s not exactly what I want from a new entry.

That makes it feel like RPG maker WITH is actually for other potential audience. That is, people who have experience with this tool. While those of us who are used to everything will have an easier time jumping into character building, map design, and organizing enemy encounters, there are parts that still feel like they’re placing We enter the weeds. Instructions for the Event Editor would be appreciated. While this is mostly a common type of feature and those familiar with previous games will likely pick up on it quickly, I found it a bit intimidating to have to relearn the new scripting feature.
Like, it feels like RPG maker WITH not as open and friendly as on the Switch, although it is a good and capable tool. Especially with the idea and concept this is a more inclusive experience that encourages people to work together and has a lot of shared elements. You would think that the newbie options would at least provide a tutorial option to guide you through at least the event editing part. For more qualified and experienced creators, I’m sure we’ll start to see some interesting things emerge over the next few months or even years. But then, since it’s limited to consoles, I really wonder and hope that that will be the case and people won’t pick it up. MV RPG Maker or MZ instead it’s for PC.
