Social media is speculating that Dej loaf of bread left a now deleted message about Lil Durk.

Def Loaf got fans and social media users talking after she posted a message and then deleted it. On Friday, October 25, the ‘Try Me’ rapper appeared on X (formerly Twitter) with a small message. She wrote: “Free Mine,” and added a crossed arms emoji. People quickly speculated Dej Loaf’s message was about Durk as news of his arrest came out the day before her post on Thursday, October 24.

On Saturday, October 26, Dej Loaf appeared on the platform again after someone called for her to delete the post. When users tagged her and said, “We saw that post girl!!!!!!” Dej responded with, “As you should have done! I said what I said.”

Soon after, Dej made another post on X, asking people to stop making assumptions about things they know nothing about. She wrote, “People don’t know half the business they’re interested in.”

At this time, Dej has not confirmed whether she was talking about Lil Durk or not.

Fans think Dej might have been talking about Durk since they were rumored to be dating in the past. However, in a 2016 Hot97 interview, Durk frankly said that they were just “friends”.

As TSR previously reported, US Marshals arrested the ‘All My Life’ artist in Florida on Thursday, October 24. According to Chicago TribuneDurk is currently in custody in Broward County, and his arrest coincided with California prosecutors arresting several other men for the murder-for-hire plot against the rapper, Quando Rondo.

Prison records reviewed by The Shade Room revealed that police arrested Durk on charges related to the murder-for-hire plot. Court documents indicate that the attempt was related to a shooting at a Los Angeles gas station in August 2022, which resulted in the death of Saviay’a Robinson, Quando Rondo’s cousin. Reports suggested that the murder plot was intended to avenge the death of Lil Durk’s mentor, King Von. Prosecutors initially charged Timothy “Lul Tim” Leeks, an associate of Quando, with the murder of King Von. In August 2023, they dropped the felony murder charge, according to Combination.
