Splatoon 3’s ‘Splatoween’ event returns with a spooky Splatfest

This was a very difficult choice for me because I’ve been on every faction here, whether it was Team Ninja in Splatoon 1 or Team Knight in Splatoon 2, but I also like mages. Good for Nintendo for making this Splatoween fresh and not just a repeat of last year like I expected.

This time I chose Team Wizard. It’s Shiver’s team, my team that decides every time I like all three options in this game. There are too many interesting witch and wizard characters to name here. Wizards and witches also make great villains.

The knights were my second choice because knights were probably my favorite Halloween costume when I was a kid and I was sick of Big Man always winning these seasonal Splatfests. I hope we can get on the Splatfest boat to take pictures just by reaching the Ruler rank instead of having to win the battle 100x or 333x, like in the Grand Festival. Patch notes released before that event imply that the change is applicable to any Splatfest.
