Stardew Valley Creator releases a new patch for the Nintendo Switch version
The new year is here and Eric ‘ConcernedApe’ Barone has released a new patch for the Switch version of Stardew Valley.
This new update appears to be a small one, but it’s an important fix – addressing many of the bugs that appeared for players on Nintendo’s hybrid device. Here’s the full list:
“The patch for Switch was released last night. It fixes the panda shop bug, divorce issue, random rain, and some other things. Due to random bug fixes, there might be some changes” element” only once for things like panda requests or item spawns.”
Barone also acknowledged some other concerns such as “the issue of giving gifts to Villagers” which the team appears to be “looking into”:
This update follows Major update 1.6 last November, adding new festivals, a completely new farm layout, a new mastery system, the ability to keep multiple pets, the Lost and Found Shop and more.
That’s all for now, but looking to the future, it seems that ConcernedApe is still hard at work developing its new game The chocolate maker is haunted. Just remember that it may still be a while.

“Stardew Valley gives players the chance to live a second life – where you can forget the troubles of the real world and get excited when you find a particularly rare carrot. It’s an experience in itself.” truly magical; games can often be fun but they aren’t.” Not everyone can be this charming.”
