Super Robot Wars DD Will Add Live A Live’s Steel Titan
Bandai Namco announced that they will be adding new crossover content from Square Enix’s Near Future chapter. Live A Life into Super Robot War DD in September 2024. The company revealed at the mobile game 5th Anniversary Live Streamheld exclusively in late August 2024.
Super Robot War DD Players will be able to recruit Akira Tadokoro and his Steel Titan by completing the upcoming limited-time event storyline when Bandai Namco adds it in September 2024. While the main unit and most of its attacks can be obtained by completing missions, Babylon Stomp will be an SSR-level attack that players can only get through gacha.
The official trailer shows Live A Life interference in Super Robot War DD temporarily available to watch right below. Bandai Namco has been known to cancel the release of official crossover trailers for games after a short period of time has passed, as evidenced by Good News – Getter’s Robo crossover event in late 2023.
The Live A Life The crossover isn’t the only new content Bandai Namco revealed at the Super Robot War DD5th anniversary stream. The company also announced more upcoming additional units from mainstream mecha anime titles.
Bandai Namco will add ARX-8 Laevatein from Full Metal Panic! Invisible Victory through the Chapter 3 Part 15 update of the main story in late August 2024 and the RX-78GP01 Gundam Zephyranthes from Mobile Suit Gundam 0083: Stardust Memories through the new 3rd Super Robot Wars OTHER The story takes place around fall 2024.
Super Robot War DD To be available for Android and iOS mobile devices in Japanese and Traditional Chinese in Japan, Taiwan, Hong Kong, and Macau. Live A Life Cross-platform content will be available for a limited time in September 2024.
