Now, Ray’s latest message on social media is raising safety concerns.

The two men were talking close to each other while Lemuel shook Ray J’s shoulder a few times. At that time, security forces intervened and separated the two men.

However, Ray and Plummer continued to exchange words about the chaos in the crowd, and at one point, Ray tried to put his hand in the middle of the human wall of security! The actor and singer did not back down easily, circling a car in an attempt to reach Lemuel Plummer.

It’s still unclear what caused all the commotion. However, Ray J and the Zeus Network CEO have been at loggerheads for the past few weeks. Last month, Ray reportedly shared surveillance footage of Plummer being tortured, according to blogs like Sweet Tea.

While Plummer did not comment on social media about the incident, Ray J released a lengthy statement via his Instagram Story. According to red carpet photos, they both attended the BET Awards on Sunday.

Singer explains how his BET Awards night went

On Sunday (June 30), Ray showed up to the BET Awards in an all-white tailored suit and his usual black sunglasses. On his IG Story, he reposted a red carpet photo of himself shared by Power 105.1 FM, with red text saying “things went wrong” after the BET carpet and afterward.

“I’m really at a breaking point! Providing for my family and having generational wealth was always the plan but money is evil and people are evil and I couldn’t take it anymore. This chain reaction stems from being trapped in a false reality/being confused by this whole life thing! The bad things that happened to me tonight at today’s awards ceremony were so painful,” he wrote.

Ray J added that he was working backstage at the BET Awards, took a break, and was denied backstage access when he returned. He said the situation was “weird,” implying that the show’s production was trying to prevent him from meeting someone.

He shared that he was traveling abroad while contemplating self-harm.

“What is happening is horrifying. It makes me suicidal and uncomfortable with my perception of reality. They paid me to keep quiet and I did! I feel bad and hate myself for it! I don’t want any more of your dirty money and before or after I die, I promise you that I will be free of it all and the world can continue with what is real to me regardless of the consequences I face in the afterlife.”

He alleged that he “did it for real last time” and shared his apology with his sister Brandy. The entertainer’s whereabouts are currently unknown.
