The Internet Thinks They’re Expecting Baby #2

The Internet seems to think Ashanti there may be another sandwich in the oven – thanks to her recent stage appearance with Nelly.

What is tea? Are Ashanti & Nelly expecting their second child?

Chileeeee! Ashanti chatted on social media afterward Shade room dropped footage of her and Nelly’s New Year’s Eve performance. In the clip, the couple dressed all in black to welcome the New Year. Nelly saw Ashanti drinking and joked, “Hey, what are you doing? What is that?” Ashanti quickly told the crowd, “It’s water.”

But what got internet detectives investigating was the video showing Ashanti placing her hand on her stomach. Her actions sparked rumors that a second baby may be on the way. However, neither of the two lovebirds has confirmed or denied this rumor at this time.

As The Shade Room previously shared, Mr. and Mrs. Haynes spoke out about baby number two rumors after Nelly’s Black and White Ball in St. Louis. Louis in December.

Bossip met the couple at the event and journalist Damon Arnold asked if they were ready to have another child, recalling how he predicted their first child.

Ashanti quickly turned it off, “Listen, don’t do that,” while Nelly just grinned and said, “I will be quiet.”
