The One Piece Rubik’s Cube is contained in a Gomu Gomu no Mi shell
Megahouse will release Rubik’s cube based One piece. It will launch at the end of March 2025 and will be priced at 5500 JPY ($36.25). [Thanks, Hobby Watch!]
The Rubik’s Cube will have a box similar to Gomu Gomu no Mi. So you will be able to carry it with you wherever you go. You can also use this same case for other objects. There’s even a loop on the side to fit your carabina, making it easy to carry when you go out.
As for the cube, it depicts what Luffy looks like in Gear 1 to Gear 5 form. The entire set will also come with a stand so once you complete the puzzle, you can display it in home. When it launches, you’ll be able to buy it from stores like Premium Bandai, Mugiwara Store, and Jump Character Store.
This isn’t the first time this year that Megahouse has released a Rubik’s Cube as a collaboration with another company or intellectual property. IN May 2024it released the Hello Kitty Rubik’s Cube to celebrate the 50th anniversary of both the Hello Kitty toy and the Rubik’s Cube. Technically, you could solve this problem by placing all the different Hello Kitty logos and designs in chronological order. But not like One piece First, the Hello Kitty block does not create a coherent picture. So even if you don’t resolve it, it still looks fine.
