The Pokemon TCG Prismatic Evolution Set is filled with rare finds
If you have heard anything about the new Pokemon card trading game set, there are two possible points: it’s focused on Eevee, and that demand has skyrocketed far exceeds the original supply. The first is certainly true, and anecdotal evidence suggests the second is too! So it may take a while before you get your hands on some Pokemon TCG Prism Evolution expansion packWhy not read its entire content?
So, yes, this series is mainly about Eevee and its evolutions, especially in the Tera variants of the latest generation of games. They’re all here in both regular and gem form, so there’s plenty for you to collect! However, even basic Eeveelutions are rare, so don’t expect every pack to be filled with them. If you’re looking for Eevee-specific content, your best bet is through the promotional tags titled on the set’s special boxes. There are collections, blister packs, and surprise boxes, and each set comes with at least one Eeveelution. However, they are separate from the ones in the set.
Prismatic evolution also used to collect some other miscellaneous cards and Japanese promotional releases, leading to some things that don’t really fit with Eevee or the newest games. There are a variety of Professors and former Black Belts with different arts for different areas. There are also cameos here from past series! Festival Lead users like Dipplin will see reprints. Ancient and Future are here. Whether to get rid of the non-rare list or perhaps to consider the limited playability, this set has a pretty reasonable encoding.
The demand for this set suggests that they probably didn’t need help to entice collectors, but they’ve done it anyway with some new ball-themed foil variants. Finding a Poke Ball version of a card is already rare, but the Master Ball card is even harder to find. We found a Dreepy and it looks pretty nice. The best part of both variants is the artistic engraving capabilities. This is the treatment we got for a secret rare, but seen in the regular layout of a standard card it looks great without taking on undue risk like some unreadable rares Okay.
With the reprints came miscellaneous advertisements and a ridiculous amount of Eevee types. Prismatic evolution is a strange set to get you thinking. It’s more of a set to chase fun rare items than a set to open a pack and enjoy all the extras, and we can’t imagine it’s particularly useful for limited play-based sessions. on its idea everywhere. But there are definitely some fun cards to pull out and show off!
