The release of the ‘Toree Saturn’ conversion is delayed until early 2025
Update []: Although Toree Saturn was scheduled to come to Switch this year, developer Siactro has announced that the game has now been delayed until early 2025. Quality will apparently “suffer greatly” ” if it is released next month. Here is the full message:
“I’m sorry, but I have to delay Toree Saturn to early 2025. It could have been released in December, but the quality would have been greatly affected. I’ve worked with truly incredible people on this and I will not take their work for granted.” low quality release, I’m so sorry!”
When we get a release date update, we’ll be sure to let you know!
Original story: New trailer and PC demo for the upcoming release Tear Saturn has been released, and developer Siactro also reconfirmed the new entry will arrive at some point in the 2024. This latest update also mentions the release of the Nintendo Switch.
When this new project is was first announced last SeptemberThere were no Nintendo announcements at the time, so there you go!
Here’s a brief rundown of what to expect from the latest installment in this series of speed-based 3D platformers (through steam):
“Run through linear levels from point A to B with a double bird jump while avoiding enemies, collecting stars (if desired) and getting all sorts of little speed boosts along the way.”
– Toree has two new moves! Players can now use the mid-air dash to descend faster and increase landing speed, as well as aim for special stars for increased height and movement.
– New look! Toree Saturn’s art style tries to be a fusion of late 90s 3D with some of the crazier looks of the early Y2K era. It feels like a natural progression of the art style of the previous games… I hope so.
– Controlling Toree is much easier!
There is no longer a Run Button, meaning players no longer need to hold down the trigger for long periods of time.
Most actions (except the ground-dive trigger) use only the Jump button.
Ground Dash is performed using your controller’s now released Right Trigger (LMB if K&M)
