The underwater adventure surrounding ‘Naiad’ is finally coming to Switch today
Publisher and developer HiWarp initially announced that the underwater adventure was stunning Naiad was coming to Switch in 2022. Obviously that never happened, but after another two years of waiting, last night Exhibition of healthy snacks finally delivered.
Naiad’s appearance during the presentation was surprising enough, but the developer had even more magic by announcing that it would be coming to the Switch eShop shortly after! That’s right, those in North America can pick this up right now $17.99.
You may have noticed that we only mentioned the NA eShop there, and that’s because it’s not yet available in European stores. The developer has done it Twitter to confirm that those with EU accounts will have to wait until December 23 to get their hands on the console thanks to Nintendo’s “special holiday schedule”. Hey, we guess it’s not too far.
But let’s get back to the game. Naiad is a beautiful swimming adventure where you play as a river god making his way downstream and helping his animal friends along the way. If engaging puzzle games are your thing, then this might be just the game for you – heck, if you like anything that’s easy on the eyes then this might be worth a look.
