Amex Platinum’s 40th Anniversary: Save big with deals from Sephora, Delta and Hertz

It’s the 40th anniversary of American Express Platinum® Cardso Amex is offering savings to its cardholders.
Amex offers can add additional points or save on your next purchase.
We’re seeing savings on popular brands like Lululemon, Delta, Best Buy, and Hertz. Bonuses and savings range from earned to 5 Membership Rewards Points for every dollar spent up to $50 back.
Below are some TPG content director incentives Summer hull found on her Amex platinum:
- Lululemon and Sephora: Sword 5 Membership Rewards points per dollar spent. (TPG value Membership rewards points at 2 cents each, so this equates to a 10% return on spending.)
- Hilton: Spend $180 or more and get $40 back.
- Delta: Spend $180 or more with Amex Travel and get $40 back. (You must book through Amex Travel to get this deal, where prices may be higher than booking directly with the airline, so make sure you do your research.)
- JetBlue: Spend $200 or more and get $50 back.
- Hertz: Spend $150 or more and get $40 back.
Cardholders can access the Amex Offers section of their account and activate these offers. Purchases must be made on your Platinum card to receive these rewards and savings.
