Travel influencer falls to his death while filming content
Travel influencer Aanvi Kamdar has died after falling down a gorge at a waterfall in India.

Influencer falls to his death while filming content
The content creator, who has 292,000 followers on Instagram, was reportedly visiting the Kumbhe Falls. The falls are located about 80 miles from Mumbai. She has become popular on social media for her travel and lifestyle tips. Authorities said she was visiting the location with seven friends when the accident occurred. The fun-filled day quickly turned tragic when she reportedly lost her balance. Kamdar was filming content when she fell 300 feet to her death. Aanvi, who is also an accountant, “fell onto the hard, slippery rocks…in the valley.” A rescuer said she “undetectable at first.” Once she was located, “She was carried up on a stretcher attached to a rope.”
It took 56 people to get her body out. Several different agencies were involved in her rescue. Six individuals climbed down the hill and 50 people “on top of the hill.” After about six hours, she was rescued. Aanvi did not die immediately after the fall. She was put on a ventilator when the rescue team arrived. She was later transferred to the Managon Taluka Government Hospital, where she died of her injuries.

Kamdar made her last post on July 15. She shared her top five places to visit India in the rainy season that is “cheap” And “not crowded.” Commenters below the post gave their opinions on the news of her death.

“Very few people have the honor of dying doing what they love most. Most of us die inside doing things we don’t want to do,” @mi_aadi said.
